Hi Everyone,

Here are all the details for the upcoming *H* South Lake Tahoe Ski Trip at a gorgeous luxury 7 bedroom, 5 bath 7,400 square foot Lakefront luxury estate in the Tahoe Keys at Seans on the Shore.

14TH ANNUAL *H* LAKE TAHOE SKI TRIP

Thursday, February 16 – Monday, February 20, 2012

Please join Southern California Friends, Bay Area Friends, Northern Nevada Friends, Sacramento Friends and the H Meetup/Social Groups for the fourteenth annual *H* Lake Tahoe ski trip. Besides the beautiful scenery and excellent skiing, it’s a great way to have fun and make some new friends! Lake Tahoe is the most beautiful Alpine Lake in the world. It sits in a valley at an elevation of 6,229 feet. This breathtaking clear blue lake is surrounded by magnificent Sierra mountains that are covered with evergreen forests and tower 10,000 feet above sea level. The Lake Tahoe Basin is favored with tons of superb snow in the winter, long warm days in the summer and an average of 76% sunny days year-round. Lake Tahoe borders California and Nevada and is located just 200 miles east of San Francisco and only 45 miles southwest of the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

We have booked a gorgeous 7 bedroom 5 bath 7,400 square foot Lakefront luxury  estate vacation home for the annual Lake Tahoe Ski trip located at 241 Beach Drive, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150. The home is located in the prestigious Tahoe Keys, a 750 acre planned community laced with inland waterways and bordering a wildlife refuge.

Just a few minutes from Emerald Bay, Sean’s On the Shore is the largest home in  the city of South Lake Tahoe and the most recently built beach-front on the
rock-free shores of Tahoe Keys.  With an open floor plan and wrap around glass windows, the home is ingeniously designed to take full advantage of the most breathtaking views Lake Tahoe has to offer. Soaring ceilings and over 7400 square feet of living space create luxury worthy of those with the most discerning taste.

A new boat dock, two large gathering rooms with fireplaces, a game room with
pool table, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, six patios and even an indoor Koi
pond all lend a hand to making your Tahoe vacation a memorable one.

Relaxing is easy in the roof-top Jacuzzi which offers a 360 degree view of Lake
Tahoe and the surrounding Sierra Nevada mountains. This home is finished with every convenience and more! In addition to the two sumptuous master suites are four tastefully appointed bedrooms and a fully equipped lakeside office for the executive who needs to keep in touch while on vacation. With a large flat screen TV in the entertainment room and a Runco in-home theater in the master bedroom, there is never a dull evening. During winter months, the silent in-floor heating system keeps toes perfectly warm. Over one hundred and twenty feet of lush green lawn stretch into the silky sand beach and beyond into the crystal waters of Lake Tahoe making summer a great time to visit, while the ice-skating on neighborhood channels, close proximity to skiing and a three car garage provide ample reasons to visit Tahoe in winter.
