BAF Holiday Party at Julie's in Santa Cruz, Saturday, Dec. 8

Well it is time once again to don your holiday best and head to Santa Cruz for the Official BAF Holiday Party! The halls will be decked, the tree trimmed and the mistletoe hung with care. Each year this party keeps getting bigger and better and I am hoping this year will be the best yet!

Attire is elegant. Ladies, it's time to pick up that little black cocktail dress from the dry cleaners or go shopping at Macy's. Gents, we want to see you spiffed up and stylin'! No jeans, please. And bring your dancing shoes.

I will be providing a full holiday meal. However, YOU WILL need to BRING your favorite holiday cheer (aka alcohol, soft drinks, water or other beverages). And a monetary donation for our Holiday Charity. More to come on that. If you have been to this party before, you know it is not to be missed!

Here is how the pricing works:

$15 if you RSVP & pay before Dec. 3rd; $20 if you RSVP & pay between Dec. 5th - 7th; and $30 if you RSVP & pay at the door. 

You MUST RSVP in advance. No walk-ins.

You can pay through the PayPal link on the Evite. Or you can mail a check to me. If you are paying by check, I need to receive it by Dec. 1st.  The address is on the Evite.

If you are a vegetarian it is your responsibility to let me know that by Dec. 5th so I can arrange for a vegetarian alternative.

There are NO refunds. Sorry, but PayPal charges a transaction fee and this party costs about $2000 to put on and is an accounting nightmare as it is.

PS Everyone is more than welcome to spend the night, because nobody drives drunk. Historically several people have gotten hotel rooms in Santa Cruz and made a weekend out of it. Hotels can be found at http://www.santacruzca.org (click on lodging).

Post Holiday Party Clean-up & Brunch in Santa Cruz, Sun., Dec. 9
