for a good time in Walnut Creek.

I booked 2 tables for something like 30 people last time.

Many people, ladies and gentlemen, came just to hang out last time we had
this event. Masses really is a comfortable venue and the food is good so cancel

Cheese, Fruit and Wine (or Whine) Mixer at KC's
House in Newark, Sun., April 15, 3 - 10 PM
It's almost Tax Day. Come join me and raise a glass of
wine to celebrate or commiserate, have some cheese and fruit and just be glad
tax day is at an end.
Ok, so officially it doesn't end until midnight on Monday, but if you're done
with your taxes (Yee Haw) or still working on them (Awe Nuts) this will either
be a time to wipe your brow and relax or give you the power to finish them
before Monday night.
So bring the item of your choice. Some cheese, crackers, fruit or your favorite
wine to share and hang out, mix and mingle. We will have tunes playing in the
background and I have party games if any are interested.

Confidential support group meeting for people with genital
herpes. If you're new and not quite up to mingling at a social event, this is a
great first step. If you're a veteran, it's a great way to support newcomers and
keep up with the latest information.

BAF Welcomes Aussie Happy Hour-Dinner in San Francisco, Thurs., April
19, 5:30- 9:00 PM
Please help us give a warm San Francisco welcome to Paul, one of the leaders
of the Sydney, Australia H social group, who will be visiting San Francisco for
a few days in mid-April.
He's hoping to see how H groups in other places operate, to learn what works
well, and bring some good ideas back to Australia. Let's welcome Paul and also
encourage all newbies and *lurkers* to attend who want to come to a smaller,
non-weekend gathering and meet others with H in a friendly, happy and welcoming
atmosphere!
We'll be meeting at Thirsty Bear Brewing Company, which is very convenient to
the BART/Muni lines and those who work in downtown San Francisco.
- Non-drinkers welcome! Many BAF members don't drink, and just order ice
tea or seltzer water.
- Thirsty Bear also has a great tapas menu (appetizers/hors d'oevres) and a
great dinner menu as well.
- RSVP's are helpful so we know how many tables to save. But even if you
don't have time to RSVP, please come!
- Look for the BLUE BALLOONS when you arrive and that's how you'll find us. Don't
bother asking at the door for BAF or Bay Area Friends - we will NOT have a
reservation under that name. Just look for the blue balloons and you will find
us!

Ever had a evening where you couldn't decide between
going out to an Irish Pub or going out for some fine Indian cuisine? Well,
problem solved! This Sunset Sunday come out to Kennedy's Irish Pub and India
Curry House, where worlds collide to make up an awesome place to mingle.
Kennedy's is a large restaurant pub with 2 pool tables, 2 air hockey tables, a
foos ball table and a internet juke box AND let's not forget outdoor patio
seating facing the cable car turnaround on Taylor St., it's very nice.
So, this Sunset Sunday either come out for the
excellent food or just the beer and games, but don't miss out on all the fun.
